MASKED men burst into a house in a north Warwickshire village and confronted three women before demanding car keys.
Police say the three women were attacked as they opened the LED Street Light LU08-224W door of the house in Coleshill Road, Water Orton.
A Warwickshire police spokeswoman said today: "Two men wearing balaclava-style masks barged into the house, following the women through the door as they opened it, and demanded car keys from Fashion Clothing the women.
"Although badly shocked, the women were not physically injured despite one of them being pushed in the face in the robbery."
The intruders fled with a handbag belonging to one of the women but did not get their car.
They are believed to have made their getaway in a dark-coloured vehicle, which was parked at the nearby Tesco Express store. The incident, which happened at 10.15pm on Saturday, has only just been revealed by police who are now appealing
embroidered patches for witnesses to contact Det Con Gary Kay at Coleshill CID on 01675 463334.
